- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- sticks margarine - 3 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla flavoring.
