  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item

  • cup flaked coconut - 1 item
  • cup crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make coconut pineapple pie:

Beat eggs well. Stir in next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
