- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- coconut enough to cover pie crust - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Mix sugar, eggs, flour, milk, butter and vanilla. Beat and mix well. Pour over coconut that has been put in pie crust. Bake at 325° to 350° until lightly brown and set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
