Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• milk - 4 c
• coconut - 2 c
• boxes vanilla Jell-O cook and serve pudding - 2 item
• egg yolks save whites - 3 item
• Pour into baked pie shell

How to make coconut pie:

Cook above ingredients until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. coconut Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stands in peaks. Spread on pie and sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until brown.
