- milk - 4 c
- coconut - 2 c
- boxes vanilla Jell-O cook and serve pudding - 2 item
- egg yolks save whites - 3 item
- Pour into baked pie shell
How to make coconut pie:
Cook above ingredients until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. coconut Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stands in peaks.
