  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • flaked coconut - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c

How to make coconut pecan cake:

Combine oil, brown sugar and sugar; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Combine flour and the next 4 ingredients, beating well. Gradually add buttermilk, a little at a time, then stir in vanilla, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans. P
