Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- flaked coconut - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
How to make coconut pecan cake:
Combine oil, brown sugar and sugar; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Combine flour and the next 4 ingredients, beating well. Gradually add buttermilk, a little at a time, then stir in vanilla, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans. PRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
