Coconut macaroons
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/3 c
- coconut
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- sweetened condensed milk - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make coconut macaroons:
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes at 350°. Do not overbake. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
