Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- stick margarine - 1 item
- sweet milk - 1 c
- egg whites, beaten - 3 item
- frozen coconut do not use canned - 2 pkg
How to make coconut icing:
Combine all ingredients, including beaten egg whites in a heavy 2-quart boiler. Cook over medium heat; heat to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Stir while cooking. No testing required. Frost layers. No way you can be a failure.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
