  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • banana flavoring - 1 tsp
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • sweet milk

How to make banana cake:

Icing:1 c. sweet milk4 Tbsp. flour1 stick margarine1/2 c. Crisco1 c. sugar1 tsp. banana flavoring Cook cake mix as directed on box in two layers and cool.

Icing: Combine milk and flour and cook until mixture begins to thicken; set aside. Mix next 3 ingredients in bowl; add cooled flour mixture and beat with mixer until smooth. Add banana flavoring.

Frost cake with icing and sliced bananas.
