- sugar - 1-1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- scant cup cold water - 1 item
How to make coconut chess pie:
Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients in order given, mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
