  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • cornmeal

How to make chess pie:

Beat eggs, sugar, cornmeal, vanilla, butter and vinegar. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes, then stir gently. Put into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
