Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1-1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make chocolate chess pie:
Mix sugar and cocoa together; gradually add vanilla, margarine, eggs and milk while whisking until mixed well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Bottom crust will brown easier if baked on lower rack.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
