  • nuts - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • Add 5 egg yolks, vanilla and milk

How to make coconut cake:

Beat oil, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 5 egg yolks, vanilla and milk. Sift soda and flour together; add. Then add coconut and nuts. Beat whites stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake at 350°. Pour into 3 cake pans.Frosting:1/2 stick butter1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla8 oz. cream cheese milk Mix butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla and cream cheese with enough milk to make it the right consistency.
