- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- Add 5 egg yolks, vanilla and milk
How to make coconut cake:
Beat oil, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 5 egg yolks, vanilla and milk. Sift soda and flour together; add. Then add coconut and nuts. Beat whites stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake at 350°.
