Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- sugar
- soda - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
How to make orange slice cake:
Chop orange slices, dates and nuts; with coconut, add to melted margarine. Let stand.Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Add soda, flour and buttermilk; mix until well blended. Stir in orange slice mixture. Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 2 hours at 275°.
I bake 2 at a time because of oven time. Freeze or share.
