  • fresh strawberries
  • powdered artificial sweetener - 1 item

How to make strawberry snow:

Whip the egg whites until stiff, while adding the salt and cream of tartar. Carefully fold in strawberries. Add sweetener to taste. Refrigerate. Makes 2 servings.
