- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 (8
- water - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 4 pkg
How to make coconut cake:
Combine cake mix, water, eggs and butter. Beat well. Bake at 350° in 2 greased round cake pans until done. Cool; split layers in half with thread.Icing: Mix remaining ingredients. Put between layers and on top and sides. Keep refrigerated.
