- coconut - 3/4 c
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- 9-inch graham cracker pie shells - 2 item
- cherries for top - 1 item
How to make pineapple pie:
Mix Cool Whip, milk and lemon juice. Add coconut, pecans and pineapple. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Top with cherries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
