Ingredients/Components
- salt
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- green pepper - 1/3 c
- bread or cracker crumbs - 2 Tbsp
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt. Shape into 50 small meatballs (1/2-inch). Place in shallow pan and broil until brown, turning once. Spoon off fat. Meanwhile, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
