Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/3 c
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and salt together. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet. Brown in broiler. Put meatballs and all other ingredients in crock-pot and stir.
