Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • tangy cranberry, dill or Polynesian sauce - 1 item

How to make cocktail meatballs:

In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until done. Drain.

Meanwhile, prepare tangy cranberry, dill or Polynesian sauce. Add meatballs; heat through. Makes 10 servings.
