Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tangy cranberry, dill or Polynesian sauce - 1 item
How to make cocktail meatballs:
In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until done. Drain.Meanwhile, prepare tangy cranberry, dill or Polynesian sauce. Add meatballs; heat through. Makes 10 servings.
