Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- crushed crackers - 1 c
- instant minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- sweet pepper flakes - 2 Tbsp
- drops Tabasco sauce - 9 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- catsup
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- minced onion
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt
- Worcestershire - 4 tsp
- drops Tabasco - 6 item
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. brown sugar1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion1 tsp. prepared mustard1 1/2 tsp. salt4 tsp. Worcestershire6 drops Tabasco Mix all ingredients, except sauce. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place single layer of meatballs in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan or 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Place meatballs in casserole.Sauce: Combine ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour longer. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen meatballs.
