Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- garlic juice - 1/4 tsp
- cornflake crumbs - 1/2 c
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- jar grape jelly - 6 oz
- small bottle chili sauce - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix hamburger, garlic juice, cornflakes, onion, eggs, salt and pepper together and make small meatballs. Mix jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice in skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Drop meatballs in sauce and cook 45 minutes on medium heat. You may leave meatballs in or take them out of skillet, but if left in, skim grease off meatballs.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
