Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • garlic juice - 1/4 tsp
  • cornflake crumbs - 1/2 c
  • small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • jar grape jelly - 6 oz
  • small bottle chili sauce - 1 item
  • juice of 1 lemon

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix hamburger, garlic juice, cornflakes, onion, eggs, salt and pepper together and make small meatballs. Mix jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice in skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Drop meatballs in sauce and cook 45 minutes on medium heat. You may leave meatballs in or take them out of skillet, but if left in, skim grease off meatballs.
