Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1/3 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 item
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion, milk, eggs and next 4 seasonings. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meatballs; drain excess grease. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until jelly is melted. Add in meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes.
