Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- bottle chili sauce - 1 item
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion, milk, eggs and next 4 seasonings. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meatballs; drain excess grease. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until jelly is melted. Add in meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
