Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 slices
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dark brown sugar
- ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- ground chuck - 3 lb
- spicy mustard
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar2 1/4 c. ketchup2 1/2 tsp. spicy mustard1/2 tsp. nutmeg Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. Lightly brown, if desired.Sauce: Mix all ingredients and add to meatballs.
Bake at 325° for one hour. Stir. Cook for one hour more.
