Ingredients/Components
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- grated onions - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- tarragon leaves, crushed - 1/8 tsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Toss all ingredients lightly but thoroughly. Wash mushrooms. Brush mushroom caps inside and out with garlic butter. Heat butter in 10-inch skillet. Add onion juice and all ingredients. Bake at 375° about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
