Hot water cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 3 c
- hot not boiling water - 2 c
- salt to taste just a pinch - 1 item
How to make hot water cornbread:
Heat water in a small saucepan. Put 3 cups of corn meal in large bowl and after water is very hot, pour in bowl. Mix. Take handfuls of mixture and form under stream of cold water.
