Cinnamon apple jelly

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 4 c
• apple juice - 4 c
• cinnamon red hots - 1/4 c
• Sure-Jell - 1 pkg

How to make cinnamon apple jelly:

Mix apple juice and Sure-Jell in large pan and bring to a boil. Add sugar. Cook until mixture jells, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into jars.

For a delicious and easily prepared appetizer, bring a large package of cream cheese to room temperature. Add cinnamon apple jelly (to taste) and roll the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball into crushed nuts and serve with crackers.
