  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cloves - 16 item
  • oranges - 3 item
  • apple juice - 1 qt
  • whole allspice - 1 tsp
  • aromatic bitters - 1 tsp
  • sticks cinnamon - 6 item
  • cranberry juice - 1 pt

How to make wassail:

Break cinnamon into small pieces and tie in cheesecloth bag with allspice and half of cloves. Stud oranges with the rest of cloves. Simmer all together. Stir in 1 cup rum and heat thoroughly.
