Chuck wagon stew

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 2 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• Crisco - 3 Tbsp
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• paprika - 1 Tbsp
• clove garlic, minced - 1 item
• chili powder - 1 tsp
• can tomatoes - 28 oz
• carrots, chopped - 2 c
• onions, sliced - 2 item
• stew beef
• potatoes, chopped - 2 c
• peppers, crushed - 1/2 1

How to make chuck wagon stew:

Coat beef in first 4 ingredients, brown. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Add potatoes and carrots, cook another 45 minutes.
