Chow mein casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chow mein dry noodles - 1 oz
How to make chow mein casserole:
Saute beef, onions and celery in fat for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except noodles and turn into casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle noodles on top 10 minutes before removing from oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
