Chocolate zucchini rum cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- all-purpose flour
- large eggs - 3 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- lightly packed shredded zucchini - 2 c
- rum or water - 3 Tbsp
- rum, brandy or water - 1/3 c
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until fluffy
How to make chocolate zucchini rum cake:
