Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cold milk - 3 c
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- boxes lemon instant pudding - 2 item
How to make lemon lush:
Combine the flour, butter and chopped pecans. Press in bottom of dish. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.Beat together the 10x sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust.
Beat together the lemon pudding and cold milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Let set about 1/2 hour. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
