  • soft margarine - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 1
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cloves optional - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped or shredded zucchini - 2 c
  • chocolate chips - 1 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, sour milk and vanilla. Blend in cocoa, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, cloves and zucchini. Add chocolate chips. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
