Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 lb
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- Separately mix all dry ingredients together
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Mix all wet ingredients together. Separately mix all dry ingredients together. In a large bowl combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool and then frost.Frosting:1/2 c. oleo4 oz. cream cheese1/2 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat all together and spread on completely cooled cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
