Chocolate vinegar cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour, sifted
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 1 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make chocolate vinegar cake:
Sift dry ingredients together directly into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake pan. Make 3 depressions with spoon and add vanilla to one, vinegar to another and melted butter to the third. Pour water over all and stir together until well mixed. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Leave cake in pan. Frost and serve while warm. Serves 9 to 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
