Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- cocoa - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- bananas - 3 oz
- slices bread - 2 item
- Ricotta cheese
- dried milk - 1/3 c
How to make chocolate swiss roll:
Filling:1/2 c. Ricotta cheese2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or Equal1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix all filling ingredients well.Make bread into crumbs; place dry ingredients in blender. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas; blend until smooth. Spread into an 8 x 12-inch pan with wax paper, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 5 minutes. Take out for 5 minutes. Cool. Then turn out onto another waxed paper; then spread filling on top and roll up. Serve.
