- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- powdered sugar
How to make chocolate sour cream frosting:
In saucepan, melt chocolate pieces and butter or margarine over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and salt; gradually add powdered sugar, beating by hand until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
