Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 4 6
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Put shortening and margarine, water and cocoa in pan and bring to boil
How to make chocolate brownies:
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Put shortening and margarine, water and cocoa in pan and bring to boil. Pour over flour mixture. Add beaten eggs. Mix buttermilk, soda, vanilla and cinnamon in a cup. Add to mixture. Bake in a greased 12 x 18-inch pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Frosting:1 c. margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa4 to 6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Combine first 3 ingredients in a pan.
