- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 3/4 item
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c

How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Using a large mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar, stirring well. This is the flour mixture.Next, put cocoa, oil, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then pour over the flour mixture. Stir well, then add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.Chocolate Sheet Cake Icing:4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. buttermilk1 stick margarine3/4 box confectioners sugar1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Put cocoa, buttermilk and margarine in a small saucepan. Bring to boil. Take off heat. Beat in sugar and pecans. Pour over cake while hot.
