vanilla
cocoa - 1/2 c
baking powder - 1/4 tsp
shortening - 1/2 c
large eggs - 5 item
plain flour - 3 c
margarine - 1/2 lb
sweet milk

How to make chocolate pound cake:

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Sift dry ingredients. Add milk alternately, about 1/2 at a time. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Bake in a tube pan at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
