Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- large eggs - 3 item
- Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans
How to make chocolate mousse brownies:
In large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips on High for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients (except pecans). Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Spread into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Set aside.Mousse Topping for Brownies:3/4 c. whipping cream1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips3 large eggs1/2 c. granulated sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 c. chopped pecans In microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with cream on High for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool slightly. In mixer bowl, beat remaining ingredients (except for pecans) until foamy. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour over brownie mixture in pan. Sprinkle with pecans.
