  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz

How to make butterscotch cheesecake bars:

Preheat oven to 350°. In medium saucepan melt chips and margarine; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy; beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
