Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- confectioners sugar
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- can chocolate syrup - 1 oz
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- drops green food coloring - 3 item
- creme de menthe syrup - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate mint squares:
Mint Layer:2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. creme de menthe syrup1/2 c. margarine3 drops green food coloring Glaze:6 Tbsp. margarine6 oz. chocolate chips Cake: Mix cake ingredients together and pour into "Pammed" 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool.Mint Layer: Mix together and spread over cooled cake.
Glaze: Melt chocolate chips and margraine in saucepan. Pour over mint layer. Chill before serving.
