Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- chopped nuts optional
- self-rising flour
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
How to make chocolate marshmallow cake:
Icing:4 Tbsp. butter1 box powdered sugar4 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk Cream margarine, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Put butter in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately put the marshmallows on the hot cake.Icing: Cream butter thoroughly; add sugar and cocoa. Beat well. Add vanilla and spread on warm cake. Cool cake several hours before cutting.
