- milk - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- container Cool Whip - 1 (9
- white corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding small - 2 pkg
- Glaze:2 semi-sweet chocolate squares
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Glaze:2 semi-sweet chocolate squares3 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. white corn syrup3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Make pudding according to directions on box. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture. In bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch pan, put a layer of whole graham crackers. Cover with half of pudding mixture. Then add another layer of crackers and then remainder of pudding mixture. Then top with 3rd layer of crackers.Glaze: Melt chocolate, then add other ingredients and beat until smooth and glossy. Spread over top of graham crackers. Cool and refrigerate. This cake is best if prepared from 24 to 48 hours before serving.
