  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 (12
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • can chocolate frosting - 1 item
  • instant vanilla pudding do not follow pudding directions on box

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Mix milk and vanilla pudding; whip. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip and blend well. Place whole graham crackers at bottom of pan, then add a layer of pudding, a layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding. Put final layer of graham crackers and then put chocolate frosting on top of last layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hours.
