- French vanilla instant pudding
- milk - 4 c
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- can chocolate frosting - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Beat pudding and milk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Place a layer of graham crackers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour half of pudding mixture, layer of crackers, rest of pudding and top with crackers. Chill for a little while. Top with frostingRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
