Chocolate eclair cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- vanilla instant pudding
- graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:1/3 c. cocoa1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk1 stick margarine Filling:2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding3 c. milk8 oz. Cool Whip Step 1 (Frosting): Melt margarine. Add cocoa, sugar and milk; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Set aside.Step 2 (Filling): Mix pudding and milk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, first layer graham crackers to cover bottom. Spread half of pudding mixture next, then add another layer of graham crackers and remainder of pudding mixture. Top with a layer of graham crackers and pour chocolate frosting over top. Refrigerate overnight.
