- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant vanilla pudding
- graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Bring sugar, milk, vanilla, cocoa and margarine to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Set aside to cool. Mix together both packages of instant vanilla pudding and the milk. Stir in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, line graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
