- white Karo
- soft margarine - 3 Tbsp
- instant vanilla pudding
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- packets Nestle Choco Bake - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 tsp. white Karo2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. soft margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk2 packets Nestle Choco Bake Butter bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk (3 1/2 cups). Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over grahams, then place second layer of grahams over pudding mixture. Pour remaining pudding over second layer of crackers. Top with third layer of crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then frost.Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over top. Refrigerate 24 hours.
