- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- instant vanilla pudding
- graham crackers - 1 item
- can chocolate icing - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Prepare pudding with only 1/2 the amount of milk. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread over 9 x 13-inch pan lined with graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Heat icing in microwave 45 seconds.
